RATING SHEETS

The rating sheet is the official record of a student's progress toward meeting requirements for a particular major or minor. If a number (indicating semester hours), a dash, or the word “satisfied” is filled in on a blank line following the name of a course, that indicates the requirement has been met. The blank lines remaining show which requirements are still to be taken.

The original copy of your rating sheet is kept in the Registrar’s Office, and is updated after each semester to show the new courses you have completed. Copies are made for students and advisors prior to each fall registration.

A rating sheet is prepared for all transfer students at the time of their initial enrollment, and for first-year students during the summer following their first year of enrollment.
