Services:

  • Office Visits (sick and well visits)
  • Physical with PAP Smear
  • General Health Physical
  • Nursing or Sports Physical
  • Pap Smears (more info on this...)

Immunizations:

Lab Tests:

  • Urinalysis
  • Mono Test
  • Strep Test
  • Blood Sugar
  • Hemoglobin
  • Other lab tests are sent to Lab Corp.
