9: a.m. Move into residence halls (Please check in first)
9 a.m.– 2 p.m. ID cards made (Learning Resources – Library)
11:30-1 p.m. Lunch (Dining Hall, Northlawn lower level)
1-2:30 p.m. Course selection for first year students who have not selected classes
1 p.m. Honors reception (Seminary 2nd floor lounge)
1:45 p.m. Perkins Loan entrance meeting (Science Center 106)
3 p.m. Beginnings Meeting (Lehman Auditorium)
3:45 p.m. Parents meet with Transition teachers, students meet with Writing teachers and student leaders
4:45 p.m. Campus Living – Resident student and parent meeting (In your residence hall)
4:45 p.m. Commuter student and parent meeting (University Commons 212)
5:45 p.m. Supper (University Commons, Gym area)
6:45 p.m. Dessert with President and Faculty (2nd Floor Lobby of the Commons)
8 p.m. Common Grounds open for your relaxation and food needs
9-11 p.m. Game Room open

11:30 a.m. Lunch (Dining Hall)
1 p.m. Transfer students move into residence halls, first year parents depart
1-2:30 p.m. First year students Transition Class meeting
2:30-4 p.m. Transfer students check-in (Common Grounds Coffee House)
3 p.m. First Year student gathering (1st Floor – Commons)
4 p.m. Transfer student orientation meeting (Commons 211/212)
5 p.m. Transfer student dinner at the home of President Swartzendruber
5-6:30 p.m. Supper in the cafeteria for first year students
7 p.m. Entertainment: Ted and Company (Lehman Auditorium)
8:15 p.m. Sunday “Sundae” hosted by SGA and YPCA (Thomas Plaza)
9 p.m. Celebration: Rock the Plaza (Thomas Plaza)

10:30 a.m. Transfer students with course selections go through registration (Campus Center)
10:45 a.m. Transfer students without course selections go through registration (Campus Center)
11:45 a.m. Student employment meeting (Science Center 106)
1 p.m. Transfer students library orientation (Library Circulation Desk)
1:15-2:15 p.m. First year students “Student Life” orientation (Science Center 106)
2:30 p.m. Transfer students “Student Life” orientation (Science Center 106)
3:15-4:15 p.m. First year students check in with their advisers (Campus Center)
