Apartment Rentals

EMU owns several rental apartment complexes that are available to students on a first-come, first-served basis. EMU Auxiliary Services staff manage the landlord/client relationship.

• Mt. Clinton Apartments: for graduate students and seminary students
• Village Apartments: for undergraduate seniors, graduate students and seminary students
