Campus Guest House

The guest house is available to all campus guest and other area visitors as available.

The guest house consists of four second-floor guest bedrooms and one first floor bedroom. There are two full size beds and six twin size beds available.

There are three shared bathrooms available for guest use. Linens and towels are supplied.

The house is air-conditioned, plus each room is supplied with one fan and a window air conditioner unit.

No kitchen facilities are available, but guests have access to a mini-fridge, micro-wave, coffee and tea pots, with herbal teas and coffee provided.

Location

The guest house is located at 1280 Mt. Clinton Pike, the northeast corner of the intersection of Mt. Clinton Pike and Smith Ave, across from the Seminary parking lot. See the campus map for futher information.

When the guest house is occupied, some nearby homes are prepared to host guests at the same rates as the guest house.

The only additional cost is a $5 dollar service fee that goes to the guest house for making the arrangement.

Guest house and private home rates:
Single: $30
Double: $45
Triple: $50

Cancellations

The guest house cancellation policy requires 24 hours advance notice from the reservation date to avoid being charged one nights lodging cost. Example: if a reservation is for a Monday, we need to be informed of the cancellation before 12 a.m. Sunday.
